Room Configurations and Capacities

Depending on the venue, a number of different room organisations may be available to meet the needs of a wide variety of events.

THEATRE

Arranged for maximum front-facing seating, theatre-style setup is ideal for keynote speakers, awards presentations and lectures.

CLASSROOM

With attendees seated at tables facing front, they are well positioned to take notes, making the classroom setup perfect for seminars and lectures.

BANQUET

When set with tables five feet in diameter that accomodate 10 guests each, this room organisation maximises total seated capacity.

BANQUET DANCE

A central dance floor is the focal point of this arrangement, which also places invitees at five-foot round tables in groups of 10.

CABARET

An intimate seating style, the cabaret configuration works best when a meal will be served during a performance or presentation.

SEATED BUFFET

A way to host a larger number of guests while still serving a full meal, this arrangement is less formal than a banquet-style affair.

STANDING BUFFET

By providing a number of high tables for attendees to stand at while enjoying food and drink, this configuration accomodates more people than a seated buffet while fostering a social atmosphere.

RECEPTION

When guests stand and mingle while partaking of passed beverages and hors d''oeuvres, the capacity of any venue is maximised.
